今年もあっという間に7日過ぎて、七草粥の日になりました。

「七草粥」は、毎年1月7日の朝に食べる家庭行事です。
“Nanakusagayu” is a home event to eat in the morning of every year January 7.
今年も忘れそうになりながらも、たまたまスーパーで七草が売られていたので無事、7日の朝に食べることができました。

写真では「すずしろ」を撮り忘れていたり、ちょっと自信がなかったりしますが、多分合っていると思います。

ところで、これは知っている方も多いかとは思いますが、すずなは今でいう「カブ（蕪）」、すずしろは「ダイコン（大根）」です。

地方によって異なるようですが、七草粥を食べる日は、ちょうど、しめ飾りを片付ける日とかさなります。

しめ飾りを下げる日は「7日の七草粥を食べた後の午前中」とされています。
お日様の力が増してくる午前中に下げるのが縁起が良いとされているそうです。

ちなみに地域によっては
